近日，精品社群电商平台全球时刻正式宣布获得思伟投资首轮美元融资。京衡律师事务所在本次交易中担任全球时刻的专项法律顾问并提供了全程法律服务。
Recently the boutique community e-commerce platform Globaltime officially announced that it has won the Series A private dollar financing of Steamboat Ventures. In this transaction, CELG served as a special legal adviser to Globaltime and provided whole legal services.
全球时刻采用了一种新型零售模式，其商品品类涵盖美妆、家居生活、营养保健、服饰箱包、3C数码、轻奢品等。
