2015-03-14 00:00:00

Talking Law: Legal Careers in China and in America
What are the career paths available to a law school graduate in the United States? Why do many so young lawyers take substantial pay cuts to serve in government? And why do many of them eventually return to private practice? Is this “revolving door” a good practice – for the individual and for society as a whole? Come discuss these questions with our guests Steve Kwok, Embassy Beijing's Resident Legal Advisor, and renowned Chinese lawyer Chen Youxi at the Shanghai American Center.
